Amanda (Mandi) Villarreal Salvo graduated from the Moody School of Communication at the University of Texas at Austin where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communication and her Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric & Writing and Cultural Anthropology. She holds certifications in Advanced Alternative Conflict Resolution & Mediation as well as Graphic Design. Mandi has experience managing marketing and events in Texas politics, higher education, high-compliance industries, nonprofits, and start-ups.
 

Inaugural president of the Austin Chapter of the Young Catholic Professionals from June 2015 to December 2016, a graduate of the Leadership Austin Emerge Class of 2016 and Ascend Class of 2017, Elite Member of the Austin Young Chamber, and volunteer with Ronald McDonald House and Arthritis Foundation, she is heavily involved in the Greater Austin community. Mandi and her husband have 4 dogs (Sam, O.B. Juan Kenobi, Lily, and Cassian) a cat named Artoo, is a classically trained vocalist in Opera, an oenophile, and a video game enthusiast!

Denise Villarreal graduated from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A. in Accounting. She graduated with a J.D. from Ave Maria School of Law in 2014. Certified in Quickbooks Pro and Quickbooks Online, she is also in training for her C.M.A. (Certified Managerial Accountant). She previously managed two law firms and has been a business management consultant ranging a plethora of industries from medicine to marketing.

Denise is currently an active performer and volunteer with the Naples Players in Naples, Florida. During her years living Austin, she was a highly involved volunteer with the American Red Cross of Central Texas and danced with the Hill Country Highland Dancers. Denise has a dog named Radar, plays video games with her sister, and sings badly very well!

In his role as Program Manager, Michael is responsible for overseeing and managing the AIM Beyond the Classroom tutoring programs and scheduling throughout the Greater Austin Area. The front line responsibilities of his position include leading tutoring efforts, designing and implementing policies and procedures to assure successful community relationships, and responding to requests for information from clients and students. Behind the scenes, Michael manages AIM financial reporting as well as our data warehouse.

An economics graduate from the University of Houston, Michael has notable experience in politics and business - from managing retail stores to political campaigns. He spent a number of years tutoring Austin ISD and Round Rock ISD students from multiple middles schools and high schools. Cumulatively, he has tutored over 220 individual students in the past three years alone.
